Breakfast Just Would Not Be The Same Without Pork

Pork is an important ingredient of many dishes that we eat in the UK. One of the first things that comes to mind when it comes to British food is the Full English Breakfast. This meal is a firm favourite for many British people. It is also something that we are willing to eat at anytime of the day or night. We will always find time for some elements of it, even if we don’t actually have room for a full English. Your system will get a much needed boost when you choose comfort food such as a sausage sandwich or a bacon butty with sauce of some description.

Studies actually claimed not so long ago, that a bacon butty could not be eaten by someone without them smiling. I actually believe this is true; well it is definitely true for me anyway. I just can’t help smiling even a little bit, whenever I eat a bacon butty. And even when you are stuffed after getting through a complete Full English Breakfast, you can have no doubt that you have enjoyed it.

Over the last few years, the dangers of frying food has been highlighted but we all know now that we can still enjoy these pork breakfast treats as long as we grill them instead. You probably wouldn’t want to eat this for breakfast every morning, but at least once a week is a nice treat. Pork really is a great meat; there are many people who have become vegetarians and who will still miss eating a bacon butty. When it comes to breakfast, there really is no other meat which can compare. This is why it is destined to remain an important aspect of the British breakfast for years to come.
